A 10 Mile Run is a Great Way to Start the Day!

Today Coach Marino had a 10 miler for me on the schedule and I had a busy day so it meant I had to get up early and knock this out.  I decided to run from my house to Tyler State Park and run a modified Winter Series back loop.  I had to add a bit extra but this work out almost exactly to 10 miles.  The first few miles I felt a bit sluggish but I always expect that now on an early morning run.  After a few miles I seemed to wake up and the miles just clicked off.  There is something about being in Tyler very early early.  I feel like I have the park to myself.  All I hear are my own steps and the birds.  We are so lucky to have this amazing place to run here in Bucks County!

Now I need to get in some core work and push ups and call it a day.  67 days until the Maccabiah Games Half Marathon.
